Longer version:
Therapist with over 20 years of experience in exercise and sports trenches, including volleyball, football (admittedly, not my strong suit), aikido, wrestling, boxing, ballroom dancing, strength training, body composition transformations, and more, which if you tried any of above you probably know that they involve pretty regular injuries. I have been in good shape while juggling full-time jobs outside the gym (construction, office, etc.),also had been in not such a great shape doing the same jobs, sometimes because of injuries, sometimes due to not having time for what was expected by some trainers (6 meals a day, 5 sessions a week in the gym scenario).

I also worked as a personal trainer in the gym, and fully understand how it definitely is easier being in good shape working in the gym, especially living as a single person in Dubai or Spain, in your 20s, working on your laptop, not everyone lives there or in California and can go out for a walk in the sun in the morning, before first coffee, and can afford (or want) trt therapy.

Holding a MSc in sports rehabilitation, BSc in sport and exercise sciences, and certifications as a kettlebell instructor, Level 2 and 3 personal trainer, and Swedish massage therapist and others. My diverse background also includes work in construction, hospitality, driving, office and various other fields, providing me with practical, firsthand experience in relation to injuries, fitness, and body transformations. I use a mix of continuous body assessment, exercises and deep tissue massage, to find and help resolve short term injuries and the ones that keep coming back.

As many others I faced numerous injuries over the years, I’ve learned firsthand the value of proper care and rehabilitation. It’s been a journey of continual improvement, recognizing that perfection is not the goal, but rather, progress and betterment. I believe in focusing on continual improvement rather than striving for unattainable perfection. Treat yourself nice.
