all the exercises out there. These are quite unusual, and the best thing about them is that if the muscles trained via them

in your situation are a bit weak or bit too long, your should feel immediate improvement in movement. Then if that’s the case,

carry on getting better at engaging the muscles trained, and over time and repetitions you’ll resolve the “problem”.
